I setup a template for hilighting stuff and providing popup info.

You should use this liberally in guides to make instructions stand out.

Use it like this...

{{tooltip|Did you know...|that this is how the tooltip template works}}

Did you know...

Or you can just hilight stuff like so.

Please use with raw text only.
